Thank you for your interest in the Individual Adaptive Transformation Program!

Program Description

The program progresses through a weekly videoconferencing session, approximately 50 minutes in length. Initially we discover where you are in your journey and focus on what your immediate needs are. We will also establish a journaling and communication process to keep track of your emotional experiences, your energy, your prevailing thoughts, and breakthroughs in insight. Karen has a variety of tools to work with that can bring insight and support to the realms of your life most in need of them: relationships, health, energy, career, home environment, spiritual health. The tools she will use vary with the client’s needs. The fee that Karen charges is for her time, and for use of the tools that are free for her to use. If she and the client agree that additional resources that come with additional cost will be of benefit, the costs will be passed on to the client (with their knowledge and permission, of course). A partial list of frequently used tools includes:

  • VIA Character Strengths
  • Positive and Negative Affect Scale
  • Emotional Balance Inventory
  • Positive Psychology Intervention Library
  • The Sailboat Metaphor Tools
  • Mindfulness Training

In addition to the videoconference session, clients will have assignments to work on each week and will be expected to provide feedback on their experience at least one additional time per week, via email, regarding that assignment.

Karen will refer you to other medical, health and mental health professionals if she believes you will benefit from the specialized focus of a physician, or specialty therapist. If she believes you are a danger to yourself, or to someone else, she will make the appropriate communications to ensure that you and others are safe.

The 3-month program is $2997, payable in full upfront, or in three payments of $999, with the first payment due before the program begins. Payment is through PayPal invoices. If both of us feel it would be beneficial for you to continue beyond the 3-month program, individual arrangements can be made to meet your needs.

How To Enroll and Get Started

STEP ONE: Please click on the blue button below and complete and submit the form. Karen will receive a message that you want to set up a 30-minute session to mutually assess if this is the journey you should be taking at this time. The next business day Karen will send you an invoice for $150 to secure her time (this deposit is refundable, see conditions below). You will also receive a questionnaire to be completed online that will help Karen to gain some knowledge of you and your situation before your session. Once you submit the deposit and the questionnaire Karen will offer you some timeslots you can choose from for your videoconference session (held via Zoom, Skype, or phone as a last resort).

STEP TWO: Discernment Session. There are multiple ways to regenerate after a major loss, or during a challenging transition, and there are many choices of advisors.  During this session we will both assess if working with Karen through the Adaptive Transformation process is the most appropriate vehicle for you at this time.

  • If you decide to continue on the Adaptive Transformation journey, that deposit will be applied to the balance of your program.
  • If you keep your appointment and decide not to engage with Karen at this time, the deposit will be fully refunded to you.
  • If you don’t show for the appointment, with at least a 12-hour notice, the deposit will be retained.

STEP THREE: Payment (Invoicing via PayPal and Scheduling (via email)
